Alternative/Electronica band from California, Awaken The Empire, is in dire need of help after their tour van and all belongings were stolen. The band was on tour with Eyes Set To Kill and My Ticket Home at the time the vans and all their personal belongings were stolen. The irony of it all, the tour is called the Show Your True Colors Tour. Despite everything, the band is in a great deal of need.
INSOMNIACS! Our van was stolen in San Antonio, Texas a couple of days ago. :( We lost all of our gear, clothes, money, personal keepsakes, merch...everything.
We preach following your dreams at all costs, and never letting anyone stand inyour way.. So we see this as an opportunity to prove that we are more than just talk. We are taking a week or so to raise as much money as possible, and then whether we have to hitchhike or steal a helicopter, we are going to reconnect with the tour in Chicago on August 17th!
